Presentation :
Faculty of Law and political Sciences is founded by the executive decree n° 03- 258 of July 28 , 2003 . the faculty consists of two departments: Department of Law, and Department of Political Sciences. There is a special library in the faculty that includes more than 9650 titles, with 03 individual reading rooms, a hall for periodicals, and an internet hall.

1.1. Bachelor's Training Offers

The public law license offers a specialization in public law built on courses in public service law, administrative law, constitutional law, criminal law and criminal procedure law, public international law and international relations law. |

the private law specialty is distinguished by a deepening of subjects such as special contract law, private international law, comparative law, private criminal law, family code, insurance law, maritime law, etc. |
1.2. Master’s Training Offers

The objective is to train lawyers in public law, with increased competence in the field of administrative law: general administrative law, administrative litigation law, but also local authority law, public finance and public business law. |

قانون الأعمال Business Law |
the master in business law tends to the training of lawyers specialized in business law, even specialized in contract law, with a strong opening on: companies and commercial law, banking law, commercial contracts |

قانون الأسرة family law |
The family law specialty allows the study of the law which governs the family phenomenon (marriage, inheritance, legal protection of the family, etc.) |

القانون البحري والمينائي Maritime and port law |
The objective is to train lawyers in maritime and port law, with increased competence in the field of maritime law: navigation law, maritime exploitation law, but also seafarer law.... |

The objective is to train lawyers in the law of the legal and judicial professions, with increased competence in the field of civil and administrative procedure law, administrative litigation law, and any law related to liberal functions (lawyer, notary, ...) |

The objective is to train lawyers in energy and mining law, with increased competence in the field of natural resource exploitation law: hydrocarbons law, mining law, …. |

The bachelor’s degree in political and administrative organization aims to enable students to master current management issues and tools: human resources management, administrative development, comparative politics, public service management, local authority management, etc. |

The Bachelor of International Relations is a multidisciplinary program that provides students with an analytical and critical understanding of international politics. |

The local administration specialty focuses on the acquisition of skills related to decentralized administrative action (local finance and taxation, local cooperation law, preparation of advice and protocols, etc.) |

A master's degree in international cooperation gives students the keys to theoretical and methodological understanding, to apprehend international issues. It aims to develop skills in observation, the use of analytical tools, investigation and research in international spaces. |
