The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research hereby informs all Category A lecturers of the opening of the 54th session of the National University Committee
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 50 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 dated 3 May 2008, containing the amended and supplemented Basic Law on Research Professors, Lecturers in Category “A” who can demonstrate five (05) years of actual service in this capacity may submit their applications.
All candidates are also hereby informed that the academic acceptance of applications is subject to minimum criteria according to the candidate’s field of specialisation, following the fulfilment of one of the specified requirements. As for pedagogical and academic work, this is assessed in accordance with the evaluation grid defined by the National University Committee, which can be consulted on the Ministry’s website: www.mesrs.dz
