A balanced national forum hosted by the Lecture Hall of University Pole Tassoust..

"The role of digitization in preventing and combating corruption" is the title of this important event, which has been united to be embodied by:

- National Federation of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

- Mohammed Seddiq ben Yahya University

- The Supreme Authority for Transparency and the Prevention and Control of Corruption.

The opening  of the Forum was by the Rector, Professor Noreddine Ben Ali Acharif, in the presence of a large crowd of students, professors and guests of the University, welcoming the high-level personalities who supervised and sponsored and attended the events of the important Forum:

- Professor Salima Masrati, Head of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Authority

- Professor Ali Shukri, Director General of Education and Training, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, representing the Minister.

- Mr. Governor of Jijel State

- Pr. AMARNA Messaoud President of the State People’s Assemblyion for Higher Education

- Mr. President of the State People’s Assembly

- The state authorities, the security services, the revolutionary family, and the media...

- The forum included a diverse exhibition of university facades, innovation projects, scientific clubs, interventions, lectures, scientific workshops for scientific leaders and specialized professors from various universities.

- The Forum was marked by fruitful discussions and concluded with tribute and recommendations.
