Signing a framework agreement for cooperation between the University of Jijel and the Constantine Sebous-Melak Hydrographic Basin Agency

The agreement stipulates scientific cooperation to open up avenues for scientific collaboration in the fields of hydrogeology, hydrology, and geological hazards, particularly the risk of floods.

The agreement was signed by the university director, Professor Nour Eddine Ben Ali Cherif, and Mr. Hamad Omar. Director of the Hydrographic Basin Agency Constantine–Sebous–Mellak in the presence of some professors and officials from both institutions.
