A provincial celebration attended by civil and military provincial authorities, led by the Secretary-General of the province, representatives of the revolutionary family, officials, and guests. They were received by the university director, Professor Nourredine Ben Ali El Cherif, along with university officials, faculty members, and students.

The appointment was to pay tribute to the martyrs of the homeland and raise the Algerian flag proudly to the sound of the eternal Algerian anthem, followed by a visit to a modest exhibition in the hall of Jorfy Mebarek, with the participation of the Directorate of Mujahideen, the Directorate of University Services, scientific clubs, students of the Jijel Business Incubator, and robotics students.

The Jorfi Mubarak Hall witnessed a wonderful harmony between the past and the present... Between our fathers, the fighters, and their children, the students and professors... From words, sieges, and anthems... Between honouring the children of the revolutionary family and honouring the students who won the fourth edition of the national university competition for the student author, the outstanding student athletes in the national university games, the scientific clubs, the students of the Directorate of Education, and the singing troupe...
